With a three-decade career rooted in service, innovation, and strategic execution, I’ve helped shape some of the most mission-critical programs across the defense, government, and infrastructure sectors. From leading geospatial modernization efforts at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) to crafting post-conflict reconstruction strategies for Eastern Europe, my work has consistently bridged the gap between operational need and executive action.
As the Program Manager for NGA’s iSToRE II, I led modernization efforts for one of the agency’s most vital geospatial platforms. I’ve authored over 200 white papers, strategic frameworks, and decision-support documents that have helped secure billions in funding and influenced national policy in areas ranging from disaster response to digital infrastructure and continuity of operations.
Internationally, I serve as executive advisor to infrastructure recovery and resilience programs in Japan and Ukraine. I guide national ministries and multilateral banks by integrating GIS, AI, and logistics planning into real-time, scalable solutions.
My consulting services are designed for executives, agencies, and organizations that need more than just writing—they need insight, precision, and strategic direction. Whether I’m producing a CONOPS, refining a federal proposal, or leading multinational coordination across agencies, I deliver with the same mission-first mindset that has defined my entire career.More...
