My career path has been quite ecclectic, to be honest. I started off as an English instructor for about 11 years, then I veered into the world of law and worked as a paralegal for about 12 years (and studied towards an LL.M. in Business Law). After that, I started my podcast, Quite So!, and began my 'official' writing journey (I am using the word official with reservation because I have actually dabbled in writing many times as a freelance writer for magazines and gazettes - and isn't contract writing also a form of writing?).
In all cases, I have worked at educational institutions as both teacher and administrator, and at international mid-sized companies, as well as start-ups, in the capacity of paralegal and advisor.
