As I embark on the next chapter of my professional journey as a freelance English teacher and personal life coach, I bring over 22 years of diverse experience and a wealth of life lessons to the table. My career began in the Royal Air Force, where I honed my logistical skills and learned the importance of discipline and teamwork. Later, I had the unique opportunity to train 150 actors to embody US Marines for a blockbuster movie in China, which deepened my understanding of cross-cultural communication and adaptability. I have also cultivated extensive teaching expertise, offering one-on-one and group lessons in General and Business English, IELTS preparation, American Common Core Skills, and AP Literature & Composition. I am PRINCE2 qualified in Foundation, Practitioner, and Agile Practitioner, and I am a certified member of the Project Management Institute. This formal training complements my hands-on experience in managing projects, ensuring I can effectively lead teams and deliver successful outcomes.
