The Scale: At Jetblack (Acquired by Walmart), I was part of the pioneering team for conversational commerce. At Walmart, I scaled those systems to handle the complexity of the world’s largest retailer, building the human-in-the-loop systems that saved millions in operational costs.
The Frontier: At Cohere, I worked alongside Aidan Gomez to translate the Transformer architecture into market-ready products. As the first Latino PM to lead a foundational LLM launch at a Top-3 AI Lab, I saw firsthand where the limitations of 'chat' end and the potential of 'agents' begins.
The Future: I am currently the CEO of a Stealth AI Startup building the infrastructure for autonomous agents. We are moving beyond reactive bots to create proactive digital entities that execute complex tasks across the entire user journey.
