Over the past 15+ years, I have worked in local and regional controlling and sales organizations, serving as CFO, Head of Business Control, FP&A, and Finance Business Partner in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific. I have led teams both on-site and remotely for over a decade, working with standardized processes in shared services.
From 2012 to 2021, I participated in three SAP rollout waves in Central Eastern Europe and the APAC and MEA regions. This involved introducing blueprints, managing local and central expectations, building relationships, and regularly following up on plans, resulting in successful implementations within the planned timeframe. These change projects translated into sales growth and added value for the company by allowing more focus on customers through standardized processes.
In the FP&A domain, I was responsible for commercial excellence development and pricing (recommended end-user price, waterfall down to net price, conditions) in APAC&MEA. I understand the importance of effective commercial execution through the right offers, conditions, pricing, and the challenges of implementing this approach.
