I am responsible for bringing the voice of the customer to all innovations and advancing innovation initiatives through the full life cycle including design, development, evaluation and launch. My role is accountable for demonstrating ROI of the innovation strategy and leading activities to build a culture of innovation across our health network to establish and manage innovative thinking and systems. I also oversee our health venture activities as we expand our portfolio of innovation partnerships.
I have over 20 years’ experience focused on human-centric innovation. I have served as the Director of Innovation at an innovation consultancy focused on building ideas inspired by customer insights. During my first nine years, I was a qualitative research innovator. I developed new methods, trained staff/clients and managed domestic and global projects.
