Elizabeth LeBlanc is the Founder & Director of the Taos Education Collaborative, where she leads cross-sector initiatives that expand equitable, high-quality learning opportunities in rural communities. With more than 15 years of experience in educational leadership, she specializes in strategic planning, innovative learning design, and nonprofit capacity-building.
Elizabeth holds a Global Executive Doctorate of Education (EdD) from the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education, where her research focused on cross-sector collaboration in early-stage edtech design. Her work spans coaching, research and writing projects, product development, and emerging AI strategy aimed at building human-centered tools for educators and learners.
