As an experienced executive, Nic offers more than 30 years of extensive
experience in leading teams focused on business strategy, business
development, data analytics, operational excellence, and project
execution, across various industries and disciplines. His international
experience includes the UK, USA, Canada, South Africa, Ghana, and
Tanzania.
He is a certified value engineer and project management coach, and
holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, an honours degree in
strategy, and a programme in engineering business management.
He started his business career in 1990 with Byrne Fleming Consultancy
and held the position of senior project manager before joining Johnson
Harvey International as operations manager in 1993. He subsequently
joined Ernst & Young Management Services in 1995 as director
responsible for two business units. He started his own consultancy
practice in June 1997 and specialised in business improvement and
transformation programme management until August 2006. Since
September 2006, he completed an array of fixed term contracts, as an
independent Programme/Project Director, and joined EON Consulting in
January 2013 where he served as Deputy Managing Director until July
2015. After a one-year sabbatical, he joined GWK Ltd in July 2016 to
establish the Group Project Office and re-launched his erstwhile
consulting practice as ROTEC Solutions, in partnership with KMC Value
