I co-founded Rotaready after seeing the struggles of hospitality staff scheduling first hand. Rotaready grew to be the most intuitive and effective hospitality workforce management platform, empowering businesses large and small to save time & money.
I looked after the customer facing teams, including sales, customer success and support.
After a few years of organic growth, we took a round of seed investment. In August 2022 we were acquired by The Access Group, when I moved to be Commercial Director.
In April 2025 I stepped away from the business to enjoy a career break, spending time with my wife and two young kids. I'm now looking for my next challenge(s).More...
