Christine Norton is the currently the Senior Vice President of Go-To-Market at Resi.
Before Resi, Christine was Head of Sales for software company Otter, leading the North American sales team from 2021-2024. With over 25 years of experience managing high-performing teams, driving Go-To-Market strategies, and scaling partnerships, Christine was instrumental in establishing Otter's enterprise segment and scaling their growth to billions of orders and over 100,000 customers across the US and Canada.
Previous to Otter, Christine was based in the Bay area serving as director of merchant business development at Postmates, where she was responsible for scaling the delivery and last mile business across the enterprise and franchise partnerships. She relocated from California to Tennessee in 2019 for her role at Postmates and MBA studies at the University of Tennessee. Her leadership was pivotal in driving the growth, which contributed to Uber’s 2020 acquisition of Postmates for $2.5 billion.
Before Postmates, Christine was the head of strategy and business development for partner acquisition for Walmart e-commerce. She led the development and launch of the Walmart Marketplace, the foundational model of Walmart Fulfillment Services, and she launched Walmart.com’s first cross-category branded experience for Supplier Diversity & Inclusion. Her earlier career includes positions at WayToBe, Inproma, and Alta Vista, where she honed her expertise in strategy, business development, sales, and operations.
