I have been managing / co-ordinating projects and programmes for over 30 years. While mainly utilising waterfall and hybrid agile methodologies, I have experience in adapting and applying a variety of tools and processes, such as PRINCE2 and those used by Deloitte and other advisory firms.
With over 25 years of international board level, executive, management and senior consulting experience in blue-chip companies, SMEs and start-ups, in both the private and public sectors, I also bring substantial knowledge of cross-disciplinary, cross-business and multi-cultural project impact and risk mitigation.
I have instigated and / or managed-to-completion initiatives varying from a few € 10Ks to € 10M+, in both single- and multi-site, international locations. Such initiatives include those driven by:
• research, technology development & innovation (RTD&I),
• strategic partnerships (JVs, JDAs) and licensing,
• new product development,
• new core-system implementations,
• company turnarounds or strategic re-direction,
• HR, finance and other functional transformations, and
• pre-/post-merger integration.
