As the Founder of Victory Workspace in 2012, Victor was an early visionary in the coworking industry, and one of the first to bring shared workspace from the city center to the suburbs where hundreds have now followed. He successfully grew a vibrant community of coworkers, inspiring business collaborations and incubating dozens of successful companies before exiting the coworking space after the pandemic.
He has been a featured speaker for the San Francisco Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and has authored numerous articles on increasing profitability through improved customer service. Victor has been interviewed by the San Francisco Chronicle, and profiled for the California Employers Association. He holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Communications from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
