Dr Pierce has over 20 years of experience in supporting college students and their development. Currently, as the Dean of Students and Title IX Deputy, Kristen Pierce oversees multiple areas of student affairs, ensuring that all students have access to the resources and support they need to succeed. As a Title IX Deputy, she is responsible for handling any issues related to sexual harassment or discrimination, ensuring that the college complies with all federal regulations. In her roles Dr Pierce is continually seeking how to best utilize technology and/or establish communication flow to enhance the efficiency of processes and systems.
