More than twenty years of professional experience, including internationally, heading different Project management and roles in Manufacturing areas of Production, Engineering, Quality and Account Management, with important achievements:
• Worked in the incrementation of the product portfolio at Siemens factory, introduced several new products and factory startups projects, like mobile and wireless phones, reaching over USD 300Mi revenue to the business;
• When lived in Germany, working by Siemens, managed a worldwide project of product introduction and startup of a low-end phone's production in Brazil and China, for entry markets;
• Has provided the greatest revenue growth to Refrex Amazonia, 50% YoY, by heading the project to build a new production plant, with a modern Lean Manufacturing production concept, has developed a strong commercial strategy by leading the operation and the government affairs;
• Improved in 20% the productivity of the Ga.Ma Italy’s factory, by tripling the capacity of production, implementing the Lean culture and developing/introducing a new and modern roadmap of products to attend market’s demand, which has represented over USD 7Mi to the factory annual billing;
• Promoted 33% savings, slashing from 9 to 6Mi bucks at Nokia’s Maintenance Budget, by improving KPI’s, managing the master plan of spare parts and long-term negotiations with main suppliers;
• Improved from 10% to 2% the downtime at Nokia’s Brazil Factory, by designing and implementing a Maintenance Management System, providing over USD 14Mi plant billing.More...
