Oreathia Smith is a screenwriter. She graduated from Millsaps College (Jackson, MS) and University of Southern California (Los Angeles, CA). She began her professional writing career as a writer on Issa Rae's Mis-Adventures of an Awkward Black Girl. Her screenplay Mona Richy Robby and Ray was the 2016 Blue Cat Screenplay Contest Winner.
