Larissa Pringiers is the current admin & HR manager for Reality Technicians, a film-set construction company in South Africa.
Through her 10 years experience working in the administrative side of the film industry, she has picked up a variety of divergent administrative skills that will be useful in any work environment.
Since 2020 she has served as the admin & HR manager for Reality Technicians. In this role she is responsible for several back-end-facing tasks that keep the company running, such as filing employment equity, keeping the company in line with the industry's BEE requirements, processing company accounts, etc.
