Dinam T. Bigny is a highly skilled and accomplished project manager with an impressive track record in leadership, program management, and community service. He has held prominent leadership positions at leading organizations, including JetBlue Airways, Thales Avionics, and the New York State Department of Health. Currently, as a Senior Project Manager Consultant at Randstad Technologies, Mr. Bigny oversees the Medicaid Verification of Services and the Mid-Atlantic States and Northwest Level Funded Expansion projects in addition to the Mental Health Parity Non-Quantitative Treatment Limitation and the Federal Employee Health Benefits projects for Kaiser Permanente.
Dedicated to fostering economic development and enhancing leadership opportunities in local communities, Mr. Bigny has served on the Boards of Directors for Outreach Love, the Central Florida Urban League, the Pine Hills Community Council, and the Greater Haitian American Chamber of Commerce. In these roles, he successfully spearheaded partnerships with the City of Orlando and various businesses in Central Florida before relocating to the Washington, DC area.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Bigny is passionate about mentoring, traveling, and exploring investment opportunities. His extensive experience includes managing the implementation and delivery of complex software development lifecycle projects for the State eLicensing system.
