I am a corporate/commercial/investments solicitor with 7 years of post qualification in-house legal experience.
Following qualification as a solicitor I have worked within various companies advising each business on a wide variety of legal matters such as shareholder agreements and other constitutional docs, general commercial agreements such as NDAs, T&Cs and supplier agreements, marketing and sponsorship agreements, prize draws and competition T&Cs, event contracts, HR related agreements etc.
Presently, I work as senior in-house legal counsel for a fund manager based in Liverpool Street, London. My role is extremely varied and consists of a variety of corporate, commercial and investment related matters. As well as working on general corporate and commercial matters I also advise on investment transactions.
Prior to my current role, I was in-house counsel at an insurance company where I assisted VitalityHealth, VitalityInvest, VitalityLife, and VitalityCar in addition to general group work for Discovery SA, with a variety of corporate and commercial issues.
