Jolynn Karinga would describe herself as a curious architect. Curiosity is my compass. And driven by this curiosity, I have been able to travel to different countries and gain a global perspective of different cultures and diverse settings.
Experiencing different cultures have made me understand the relationship between people and place, making my designs mainly human-centered.
I still remain curious and constantly learning. Every client, culture, and project teaches me something new and that’s what helps me approach every project with fresh eyes, taking time to understand each client’s vision and design a space that specifically works for them.
Aside form this, I would say that I have over 6 years of working experience, working at Questarch Ltd. I have taken part in a number of architectural competitions and got lead a team that won the national AAK 2019 architectural competition.More...
