PURE R&D is a one-man shop. My technical background includes both Aerospace and Electrical, and I have a PhD in Controls. I particularly enjoy taking concepts to validated prototypes and beyond.
I do model-based engineering, advanced control system design, hardware-In-the-loop and real-time controls prototyping , systems engineering and integration, algorithms, hardware, embedded, software, data science, etc. Matlab, Simulink, Simscape and Speedgoat are my jams.
I've also co-founded a few startups, and had a couple of "better than a sharp stick in the eye" exits. Along the way I learned how to manage a board of directors, run mixed-disciplinary teams, and write patents.More...
