Over the past five years, I played a key role in building Filament Innovations, leading the design and development of our entire line of industrial 3D printers. From concept to execution, I specialized in creating both standard and custom machines tailored to meet unique client needs. Following our success, the company was acquired by Proteor.
One standout project involved a client who needed a high-speed printer that could fit inside a freight elevator. Within 10 weeks, I engineered a custom machine that came within 1.5” of their spatial requirements — all while integrating Linear Motors, making it one of the first of its kind in the additive manufacturing industry.
