His strategic mindset and deep commitment to community empowerment have shaped partnerships with leading organizations such as OMSI, Free Geek, POIC, and the Oregon Department of Education. Fidel’s work has been recognized through numerous awards, including the Executive Odyssey Award and the Black Resilience Award. Beyond his role at Project LEDO, he serves as an advisor to several nonprofits and educational initiatives that advance equity, access, and belonging in STEAM education worldwide.
