I have a degree in International Relations, a postgraduate degree in Financial Management and an MBA in Strategic People Management. I started my career in retail, where I discovered my passion for sales and people management. I then moved on to the financial market, where I worked at Itaú and acquired a lot of knowledge about this market, which led me to my current experience, at a Fintech.
I have been at Creditas for 4 years. I arrived as a sales leader for the Home Equity product, became a coordinator 6 months later, became a sales manager in Auto Equity 6 months after that, and a little over a year ago I started working in the Customer Relationship and Retention area. Our mission was to increase the LifeTime Value of customers, creating an incredible experience and helping customers achieve their next goal.
I am currently Senior Business Manager for our branch in Mexico. Here I work with all areas of the company, giving me knowledge of all aspects of the business - marketing, growth, CRM, communication rules, performance monitoring dashboards, SQL, data analysis, risk and credit policies, app and product squads, etc.
