Over my career, I have built and led creative teams that deliver powerful, idea-driven work. My background encompasses a range of disciplines, including advertising, branding, experiential design, social, digital, TV, and video.
I began my career at TBC in Baltimore, growing from a junior production artist to SVP, Design Director, and Partner, where I led complex, high-profile initiatives for national and international clients. After TBC, I served as Creative Director at Adrenaline in Atlanta, where I guided rebranding efforts and launches for numerous financial institutions nationwide. Along the way, I have had the privilege of shaping work for brands such as McCormick & Company, The Wall Street Journal, Haribo, Under Armour, Dow Jones, and Barron’s, as well as a wide range of consumer, hospitality, and lifestyle companies.
I am passionate about mentoring and inspiring teams to think bigger, push boundaries, and deliver work that matters. My leadership style is both collaborative and hands-on, striking a balance between a clear creative vision and space for designers, writers, and strategists to thrive. This approach has helped drive award-winning work recognized by Communication Arts, Adweek, and the ADDYs, among many others.
Outside the office, I am a lifelong competitor and coach. I played college football, have led youth teams to national championships, and now coach high school football. Home is Bel Air, Maryland, where I live with my wife and college sweetheart, Jessica, our two kids, Caroline and Luke, and our Goldendoodle, Maisy.More...
