With over 25 years of professional experience as a licensed physical therapist, I bring a deep understanding of the body and movement, which informs my holistic approach to helping clients live their best lives. My expertise also includes women's pelvic health, a specialization I pursued after navigating my own healing journey from debilitating pelvic pain. To share what I learned, I created two transformative online courses and coaching programs: Holistic Pelvic Healing and Healing Lifestyle Design, which have guided women worldwide to reclaim their health and harmony.
