In my current role (Head of Marketing), I re-booted my Agency's social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, expanding reach organically by 2x. I took an anemic engagement rate of 2% and nearly tripled it to 6.6%. I planned and executed 20+ events (GTM networking and AI in Marketing), creating touches that drove $2.45MM in revenue since 2022.
As a Client Account Director, I managed an annual book of work of $5MM, with $150k of incremental revenue (upsells), while managing a team of 5 senior account Managers.
As a VP of Marketing at JP Morgan Chase, I took a 10-person team and grew it into a department of 5O+ Marketers in 3 years. I managed budgets of $6.6MM. In 9 months - I planned and executed a project to start up a completely new marketing team at the Bank - in the first year of operations, my team saved the Bank $1.2M in vendor fees. Sr leadership requested that I take over the Chase Marketing platform to deliver better value to all of our Marketing teams. I had no Product experience at this scale - I became a certified Product Owner while delivering an enhanced platform in which our marketing teams increased their email deployments from 2.4MM a month to 26MM a month.More...
