I graduated as an engineer and worked for 12 years in multinationals in Brazil and the United States such as Voith Paper and British Petroleum. At the age of 27, I led the engineering area of ​​BP's Eric projects valued at more than 8 billion dollars. In 2015 I decided to create my own business and founded Nerd ao Cubo, one of the biggest subscription clubs in Brazil. In 2016, we received the first investiment from the Webedia Group and within the group I took on the position of E-commerce Director. I led the business until 2022, we had a growth of 500% in this period and an average revenue of 1M per employee. This year I sold the startup to this same French multinational. Then I started investing in startups and currently my portfolio of startups has revenues above 150 million. One of these startups is Plano Fintech, which I invested in 2023, where I also took on the position of Commercial Director. I like the business proposal and I want to be in a position where I can develop products and scale revenue. In this first year at Plano, my focus was entirely on improving revenue. In B2C, we multiplied customer entry by 250% by investing just 50% more. For this to happen, we had to redesign the commercial discourse, make improvements to the products and change people.
