I have spent 15+ years working inside growing organizations, figuring out why things that once worked start to break down, and building the systems, clarity, and structure to fix it.
My background is in operations leadership. I spent seven years as VP of Operations at Litco Law, where I led a team of 92 and reported directly to the CEO. I built four departments from scratch, redesigned how the business ran end to end, and helped drive 177% revenue growth along the way. I also led the firm through a full shift to remote operations during COVID, which tested every system we had and showed me what accountability structures actually need to look like under pressure. Before that, I spent over a decade in the insurance industry, leading teams, building training programs, and managing complex operations across two major firms.
I hold a Mini MBA from McGill Executive Institute, an FCIP + CRM from the University of Calgary, and a CIP from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
Today I run Pivotly, where I work with founders and leaders of growing businesses. As a business scales, roles, processes, and technology can stretch in ways that once worked but now take more effort to manage. I help leaders map how the business actually flows, simplify the structure, strengthen the processes, and make sure the right systems are supporting the work. The goal is always the same: protect what they have built and create space for it to run in a way that feels clear, steady, and sustainable.
