Leslie Gross is a dedicated Child Welfare Professional with over 20 years of experience advocating for the rights and well-being of children and families. Leslie has spearheaded numerous initiatives including the creation of a program that successfully placed children with kinship caregivers to keep them out of the foster care system, designing a New Employee Onboarding procedure, and participating in the development of a statewide Child Safety and Risk Assessment tool. She has been instrumental in developing community partnerships that enhance support networks for vulnerable families.
Using her experience in child welfare, she has designed and delivered employee and community training programs and provided analytical/technical guidance.
