Tobias is an experienced digital learning specialist and instructional designer with a strong background in online education, digital literacy, and blended learning models. He has led and contributed to numerous projects in the settlement and language learning sector, including the Avenue Locker Page, TekTalk, and the Digital Assessment Screening Questionnaire at ISANS, where he supported instructors and newcomers in adapting to online learning environments. His work has also extended to curriculum development and instructional design, as seen in the REACH Project and the Newcomer Digital Orientation Pilot.
