David is dedicated to living a life of passion and truth, both personally and professionally. For
nearly five decades, he has been involved in personal growth and transformational work with
clients from diverse backgrounds. As a Corporate Executive, Business Consultant, Therapist,
Life Coach, and self-proclaimed master of liminal space, he brings a wealth of knowledge and
expertise to his coaching practice.
He holds a BA from Taylor University, as well as two master’s degrees: one in Divinity and a
second in Clinical Psychology from Trinity International University in Bannockburn, Illinois. For
twenty years, he served as President and Owner of Associates in Psychotherapy Ltd.,
providing individual, marital, and group psychotherapy in the Chicago area. Additionally, he has
facilitated and participated in over 50 Weekend Retreats and workshops covering topics such
as Men and the warrior mindset, Shadow/Spiritual healing, Breathwork, Drum Circles, Wim Hof
Training, Rebirthing, Anatomy of Trauma and Trauma Resolution, Intimacy-Conflict and
Symbiosis in Relationships.
Beyond his formal clinical training, David completed a three-year Analysis Certification with
Liberation Psychology, founded by Frank Reinhardt and Dixie G. Morris in South Bend, Indiana.
This therapeutic system, developed over four decades, aims to liberate clients from internal
constraints learned in childhood. The experiential weekend training focused on mindfulness,
fluid awareness of emotions, and required practice and mastery of various therapeutic
modalities such as Gestalt, Stanislav Grof’s transpersonal psychology, Virginia Satir’s Family
Systems model, Bandler and Grinder NLP, Milton Erickson’s Hypnosis, and healing techniques.
David received his coaching training at CTI, Co-Active Training Institute, San Rafael, CA. He is
currently coaching and consulting as President and Owner of I AM Discovered, where his
