I have more than 30 years experience in the people, public and private sectors. I started in Community and Youth Development as a volunteer at 16 and started my first career with the Armed Forces. Due to injury and mental health conditions, I moved onto Safeguarding Living Heritage, Teaching at Universities and Polytechnics; before venturing into Organisational Development.
