Over the past thirty-plus years, I have worked continuously in the IT industry. For more than twenty years, I have been serving as an IT leader in multinational corporations as well as large national enterprises. During this period, I have had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge across key areas of the IT sector, from designing, implementing, and operating infrastructure systems to software development. At times, I contributed from the supplier's side, while at other times, I supported companies on the client's side, leveraging my expertise to ensure efficient and reliable operations. In all cases, I have consistently aimed to deliver and maintain the highest professional standards.
The experience I have accumulated over the years enables me to manage a wide range of IT projects and provide expert consultancy. My preferred areas of expertise include designing, building, and operating different kind of IT infrastructure systems. Additionally, I have extensive experience in forming, restructuring, and managing IT teams, and I effectively assist my clients in planning and implementing organizational development and efficiency improvement processes. Beyond these, I am also well-versed in various system analysis tasks.
