I am a seasoned Human Resources leader and a strategic business partner with over 25 years of experience in various industries, including infrastructure, power, and consumer goods. My core competencies include human resources, people and organization development, transformation, employer branding, marketing management, digital marketing, brand management, and direct to consumer marketing. I have a Master of Science degree in Occupational Health Psychology from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. I am also a recipient of the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award and the Youth Achievement Award for my leadership and civic involvement.
As the Vice President of People & Culture at Aboitiz InfraCapital, I lead the human resources team of this unit as they continue to enable employees who in turn enable communities and uplift lives through better infrastructure.
