I am an experienced, capable senior leader and practitioner in the sport, higher education and charity sectors looking for a new challenge. Recent experiences include Director of Sport & Active Health at Canterbury Christ Church University, Chair of The Sports Trust in Folkestone, and Chair of British University & Colleges Sport South East Region. I recently established a new consultancy business specialising in providing advice to universities, sport organisations and charities. My approach to work is conscientious and committed. I am extremely adaptable and able to lead in a range of settings; I love a challenge and I’m always ready to roll my sleeves up and lead by example. I enjoy working with people to help them succeed and develop – team work is vital to success. My values-led, people focussed approach leads to successful outcomes.
