Having a 28 years of working experience, I should mention the main fields I have been occupied the most : customer service, all secretarial levels, commercial coordinator, marketing assistant, congress coordinator, Health Care Persons participation to congresses. I would say the common base that combines all above fields is project coordination and management.
All these positions have offered me a good level in skills such as, problem solving, task prioritizing, communication with customers, colleagues, HCPs, PCOs, internal dpt, working in groups and alone, ability to work unsupervised, supervision of groups, creating KPIs.
In 2024, I managed to handle an overall of 500 HCPs participation in congresses, in collaboration with several dpt internal and external of the company and in 100% complience with the National Orgnanisation for Medicins regulations.
In my opinion, the common base of all above factors is project management and is what I have been practicing the last 10 years.
I hold a degree in HR Administration and several other certifications in Bussiness Administration, Marketing and Brands etc.
I believe that the human factor is the key to every successful attempt.
