Born into a family deeply rooted in Zambian politics—her great-aunt served as Vice President of Zambia, and her family includes ambassadors, secretary generals, and a High Court judge—Lungowe has been immersed in leadership and diplomacy from an early age. These influences have shaped her approach to strategic communications and media relations, areas in which she has honed her expertise.
Her academic journey, spanning South Africa, Australia, and the USA, culminated in a Master's degree in Media Management from The New School. Specializing in digital media, she leverages her knowledge to help organizations refine their brand identity and navigate complex communication challenges in today’s fast-evolving digital landscape.
With a strong focus on risk management, public relations, managing change, and handling confidential information for C-suite executives, Lungowe brings a strategic and highly adaptable approach to her work. Her diverse media experience includes radio in Namibia (99FM), Australia (Monash Radio), and the US (co-founding the MEDIAxWOMEN podcast), as well as opportunities as a voiceover artist (Unfold/Squarespace, Phoenx).
