Hi! Thanks for "meeting" me, if only virtually. I'm co-CEO of a standardized test prep. and edtech company emphasizing one-on-one attention, unlimited resits, and affordable prices. Concurrently, we are building an ads-based, interactive, multilingual, all-discipline, artificially intelligent mentor that will guide people’s learning and working, enhancing formal education and career development.
At heart, I’m academic. I want to know as much as possible about the universe’s proximate “how” and ultimate “why”, so I explore fields which contemplate how things and people work (e.g., theoretical physics, pure math, theology, biology, behavioral science, philosophy, game theory, and literary criticism). Some of my research and research consulting has been featured on TEDx, international TV, and in national and international papers. In a more applied sense, I love the satisfaction deconstructing and interpreting words and numbers to yield elegant solutions brings; this is why I’ve studied upwards of 15 human languages, programmed, scored in the 99th percentile on standardized test qualifiers, been invited to a Jeopardy! audition, and interacted with management consulting, law, and policy.
I’m also an instructor of 16 years; I’ve taught 10,000+ students directly, and 20,000+ through my non-profits. I was the youngest-ever and highest-rated instructor at Prep101 (5.88/6.00). I’ve also spoken at 70+ events, including 50+ for youth, contributed to 11 publsihing or pending books, been a business partner at a franchise whose graduate education division I started, and advised C-level executives and non-profits. I’ve been called a “connector” for the communities I build, and a “closer” for the relationships I negotiate (I've grown executives, sales, partnerships, and media presence).
I hope my work advances the values of helping others hands-on and bottom-up, learning for its own sake, multiculturalism, ideological openness, interdisciplinarity, big ideation, limitless ambition, and biodiversity conservation. One day, I'd lMore...
