Michael Farley is the Founder and Advisor of Outlier Jets, bringing over a decade of executive leadership in the private aviation sector. His career encompasses diverse roles in investment banking, national defense, and collegiate athletics coaching. 
Before establishing Outlier Jets, Michael served as the Global Head of Sales, Marketing, and Service at ICON Aircraft, where he led the recruitment of a global salesforce, managed international distribution channels, and developed business strategies for the market entry of the amphibious “A5” aircraft. He also oversaw the ownership experience, national aircraft maintenance network, and safety programs in collaboration with the company’s chief pilots. 
Prior to ICON Aircraft, Michael was the Chief Revenue Officer for a global private aviation company in the Northeast and served as Vice President within the Directional Aviation portfolio. As CRO, he restructured commercial divisions and launched the firm’s inaugural jet card program, scaling it to become the fourth-largest globally within two years. He also expanded Part 121 operations to include services for U.S. presidential campaigns, worldwide concert tours, and professional sports team travel. 
Under Michael’s leadership, Outlier Jets has emphasized diversity, achieving a workforce composed of 60% women, which he credits as a critical factor in the company’s success.
