So don't build your brand voice by tracking familiar, so-called time-tested patterns but, instead, get silly with it. The adults of today are giggling their way through memes and stand-up comedy and clever commentary and dry, sarcastic texts. Get with it, get fun, don't take marketing too seriously. Make people giggle. We all want to, so how'd we get into this game of pretend? Sending emails with the tone of someone we'd actually want to punch in real life, it's got nothing to do with our personality, my goodness we need a wake-up call. Okay, I'm rambling.
