In the past 3 years, the Fraud Analysis team at PXG under my leadership has made significant strides in preventing fraudulent activities. Through the implementation of advanced AI technology and rigorous manual checks, we have identified and halted several potential threats, resulting in a 80 % decrease in fraud-related losses. Additionally, we've improved our customer verification process, which has further strengthened our security measures. However, we are dealing with an increase in gift card fraud and return fraud.
