I am currently co-founding three AI-native ventures: Ori, a marketplace that connects startups with pre-vetted fractional executives through equity-based engagements; Maam.ai, a secure social network providing emotional support and AI-driven guidance for mothers across Latin America; and Fundraisers For Good, a marketplace designed to turn global attention into a permanent network of verified impact.
Secondly, I help startups win as a fractional Chief Technologist, Entrepreneur, & Strategist. I work hands-on with founders to de-risk ventures, architecting investor-ready frameworks and applying First Principles and Lean Startup methodologies to accelerate the path to product-market fit. Whether I am designing disruptive organisational frameworks like DAOs or building robust AI and Fintech solutions, my focus is always on aligning governance with rapid innovation.
I have spent 25 years at the intersection of finance and frontier technology, building platforms that move billions, advising founders, and launching ventures from the ground up. My career has been defined by bridging the gap between technical excellence and commercial success, ensuring that innovation translates into investable traction. After 25 years of building platforms through global financial systems, I came to Abu Dhabi to build the infrastructure layer that the GCC startup ecosystem still lacks: the connective tissue between founders, capital, and the fractional talent that can help them scale.
My track record is rooted in high-stakes delivery. I have designed ISO 20022 payments architecture for a G-SIB, built analytics platforms for European central banks, and delivered complex regulatory and risk platforms across MiFID, Basel III, and GDPR. I also founded and scaled Marionete, a frontier tech consultancy serving Tier 1 banks and government agencies, where I pioneered open-source-first architecture in enterprise financial services.
