My three-decade career within the travel industry has given me super powers in customer service. I also had the privilege to wear many hats within the industry by working in different departments like customer service, ramp, training liaison, catering and a Stewardess.
My unique trait is that I am passionate about reality television, finding inspiration in the stories and personalities showcased on the shows.
