Lavi is the founder and President of Opus Ad Lucem Inc. (OAL), a human capital development company. Since 2013, Lavi has been enabling individuals and teams to LEAP (Lead. Excel. Adapt. Perform) through training, coaching and mentoring- be it online, blended or face-to-face sessions. She has dedicated more than two decades of her career in organization development and training across industries and functions for global and local companies and has managed cross-functional teams to effectively deliver company-wide learning and development goals and objectives.
She is a Master of Business Administration (MBA English program) degree holder from Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo, Japan, and the “first” Filipino recipient of Young Leaders’ Program scholarship grant by the Japan Ministry of Education. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, Manila with a degree in BA Social Science major in Behavioral Studies.
Lavi has earned the distinction of being the “first” Filipino Junior Chamber International (or Jaycee) member to win a back-to-back grandslam award as Outstanding Member and Outstanding Local Chapter President in the area, national convention, Asia Pacific Conference and World Congress.
She is a seasoned socio-civic leader having served as the 1999 JCI Perlas Pasay Chapter President, 2009-2010 and 2016-2017 President of IConnect Toastmasters Club, 2019-2021 President of Philippine Association of the Japanese Government Scholars (Philajames), 2021-2022 Life Changing President of Rotary Club of Makati Jose P. Rizal and 2021-2024 President of Hitotsubashi ICS Alumni Association.
