I have an academic background in Social and Organizational Psychology, complemented by a post-graduate degree in International Relations. Throughout my studies, I’ve explored topics such as cultural intelligence, transformational leadership, and the geopolitics of global powers.
Since 2017, I’ve been developing my career at EDP, where I’ve gained experience in complex corporate environments, with international exposure and direct collaboration with top executive teams. I’ve worked across people management, organizational development, and transformation, with increasing responsibility in designing and implementing high-impact strategic initiatives. I currently work in the Global Acceleration Office, contributing to core structural topics of the organization and supporting global, regional, and business teams after a major company-wide reorganization.
I played competitive football in my youth and coached a university futsal team from 2021 to 2024 — an experience that taught me a lot about leadership, especially in the context of younger generations. I’m also a frequent guest speaker in both academic and corporate settings, sharing reflections on leadership, emotional intelligence, artificial intelligence, and the future of work — themes that are increasingly present in my journey.
I’m passionate about politics and have recently contributed to political campaigns, helping candidates shape strategy and speeches. My entrepreneurial drive continues to grow, and my long-term vision is to establish myself as a thought leader across three dimensions:
1. Individual productivity, through systems thinking, personal organization frameworks, mindset development, and AI tools — including custom Notion templates I’ve designed and shared.
2. Team and leadership performance, especially in times of transition, change management, and deep transformation.
3. Societal impact of AI, reflecting on the future of work and the roles companies, governments, and education systems will play in a potential post-labour economy.More...
