As founder of BSR Consulting, she helps early-stage and mid-sized companies align breakthrough solutions—like AI, immersive tech, quantum, and wearables—with real-world federal and state and local government challenges. Her work accelerates dual-use adoption and unlocks strategic growth at both the corporate and account levels.
She is also co-founder of Diagnoss, a health tech startup using natural language processing to automate clinical coding at the point of care—eliminating manual work, reducing administrative costs, and improving provider cash flow.
Mandy currently serves as President-Elect of NCA, the only federally focused chapter of HIMSS. She is also an LP and Venture Partner at Qubits Ventures, where she supports the next wave of quantum and photonics innovation.
