I have been in education for more than 20 years starting as a History and English teacher. I have worked in both the public and private sector and am passionate about creating educational spaces that enable opportunities for excellence. After holding a Head of department position, I stepped into headship of Grace Trinity School for Girls in 2017 and served there until 2023, joining Oakmeade Prep and Academy in the same role in 2024 and remain in that role currently. I believe policy should enable effective practice and have been instrumental in gaining full accreditation in the schools I work.
