Susan J. Romano is a dedicated Healthcare Consultant with over 35 years of experience in collaboratively optimizing healthcare systems and improving patient outcomes. She holds a Master's degree in Adult Health from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. Susan has successfully led numerous research programs at Magnet hospitals across Long Island, New York. Quality Assurance, attention to detail, and the CAPA process are her forte.
