I bring over two decades of experience in education, coaching, and curriculum design, paired with a growing focus on entrepreneurship and personal development. My professional journey began in K–12 education, where I taught across multiple grade levels and subject areas, including English Language Arts, mathematics, social studies, and special education. Over time, I transitioned into literacy coaching and instructional support roles, working closely with educators to strengthen evidence-based literacy practices and classroom instruction.
As a literacy coach, I supported teachers and schools in designing engaging, accessible instruction, developing curriculum and assessments, and implementing strategies that support diverse learners, including multilingual students and students with disabilities. This work sharpened my strengths in systems thinking, professional learning, curriculum alignment, and translating complex ideas into practical, usable tools. It also reinforced my belief that strong literacy skills are foundational not just for academic success, but for opportunity, confidence, and long-term economic mobility.
