I sometimes joke that I’ve built my career in reverse. I started at PwC in Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory, working on M&A, divestitures, and eventually specializing in pre-IPO readiness during a wave of major listings like Peloton, Snapchat, and Spotify. My role focused on helping companies prepare to operate as public entities, partnering with leadership and underwriters to shape the equity story, while deeply assessing how functions like FP&A, HR, and operations needed to evolve to support public-scale performance.
From there, I brought that lens into high-growth and early-stage environments. At Vault Health, I joined as the first strategic finance hire and helped scale the business from ~$30M Series A to $400M+ ARR in under a year, building and leading a team of 50+ across finance and accounting while working closely with the CEO and CFO on company-wide strategy. This is where I leaned into the “connective tissue” of organizations, aligning product, engineering, data, and GTM teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.
I now operate across the startup ecosystem, working with companies from pre-seed through Series D on GTM strategy, RevOps, and operational scaling. My work ranges from hands-on execution to founder advisory, always focused on identifying key gaps between current and future state, and building the systems, processes, and alignment needed to scale efficiently.
